The ACTIVA process is the result of depth research in the field of neurophysiology combined with know-how drawn from psychological, technical and mental preparation techniques in the sports field.  It can lead to the correction or modification of athletic movement in record time and with lasting results.

Five years of research and application have been necessary for Activa Concepts to create a failsafe process and a high performance product.

A typical session follows a strict protocol (this is the result of much research and numerous experiments) :

   First meeting with the athlete
   - Analysis of his/her personal and athletic profile
   - Preparation for the session

   Video recording of the movement
   - Under normal pratice conditions
   - The athlete is fimed in action from different angles and following the trainer's instructions
   Trainer's analysis
   - The trainer use the video shots to help identify the defective movement
   - He wil then explain and demonstrate the effective movement and help the athlete carry out the same movement in slow motion

Biomechanical and proprioceptive analysis of the movement to be reprogrammed by the ACTIVA expert
   - The expert expresses the desired movement in mechanical terms and identifies the specific body movements that will produce it
   - The athlete then has to identify the internal body sensations that are linked to the performance of the correct movement

   Neurophysiological reprogramming session
   - The original and patented neurophysilogical process will allow the athlete to put the new movement into pratice himself
Video recording of the new movement
   - The athlete returns to his game
   - He is filmed again from the same anles as before

Analysis of the newly acquired behavior
   - Still under the trainer's supervision, the video validates the new movement
