• Diagnosis : Ineffective serve due to elbow falling very low just before strike
• ACTIVA intervention : A session focused on the internal sensations while holding the elbow in a higher position

• Diagnosis : Ineffective serve due to elbow falling too low throughout the movement as well as a very tense wrist and a lack of strong follow trough
• ACTIVA intervention : Three sessions focusing on holding the elbow in a higher position, relaxation of the wrist in the downward movement of the serve and ortation of the pelvis before
• Result : Elbow maintained at correct level throughout the movment, wrist relaxed powerfull and with strong follow through. Immediate effect witg a strong finely-tuned serve
